Days 1-3

Day 1: Athens
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of day at leisure to explore Athens – the birthplace of civilization.

Day 2: Athens
Morning city sightseeing features the Parthenon’s crowning beauty atop the Acropolis, the Erechtheum with its Porch of Maidens, the beautifully preserved Theseum, the Temple of Zeus and the Theatre of Dionysus. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 3: Athens
A full day to enjoy Athens, a city of striking contrasts. Visit an art gallery, shop at one of the chic boutiques in Kolonaki or take a cable car ride up to Lycabettus Hill to enjoy a magnificent view of the city. Optional tours to Delphi and Argolis also available (refer to page 17). (B)

CROWN CHARMS I – THREE NIGHT CRUISE

MykonosDay 4, Athens – Piraeus – Cruise: Mykonos
Transfer from the hotel to Piraeus harbor to embark on the three night cruise. The cosmopolitan island of Mykonos is popular with the jet-set for its beautiful beaches, chic boutiques and never-ending nightlife. (B, L, D)

Day 5, Cruise: Kusadasi – Patmos
This morning’s call is at Kusadasi. Visit the largest and best preserved ancient city founded by the Athenians. This afternoon sail to the sacred island of Patmos where St. John lived and wrote the Book of Revelations. (B, L, D)

Day 6, Cruise: Crete – Santorini
This morning’s call will be at Heraklion, the capital of Crete and home to the Palace of Knossos and the seat of ancient Minoan culture. Santorini – fabled to be the lost continent of Atlantis. Visit the charming and romantic old world village of Oia. (B, L, D)

Day 7, Cruise: Piraeus
Upon disembarkation transfer to the airport. (B)

Late afternoon transfer from the hotel to Piraeus harbor to embark on the seven night cruise. This evening sail to Kusadasi. (D)

As the birthplace of Minoan civilization, experience the best of Cretan history and culture, exploring the Archaeological Museum home to exhibits covering more than 5,000 years. Rich in culture, Crete has given the world artist El Greco, poet Odysseas Elytis and novelist Nikos Kazantzakis. (B, L, D)

Day 8, Cruise: Santorini
Morning arrival in the breathtaking island of Santorini. Enjoy a full day on the island fabled to be the lost continent of Atlantis. Visit Oia Village with its own special allure. Romance crosses through the labyrinthine streets here where charming churches and traditional whitewashed buildings frame the most captivating views of the island’s glowing sunsets. (B, L, D)

Day 9, Cruise: Milos – Mykonos
Morning arrival in Milos – a geological marvel with dozens of mines and quarries. A number of boat excursions are offered in order to appreciate and enjoy the stunning coastline. This evening arrive in Mykonos the cosmopolitan island popular with the jet-set. Stroll along the harbor and stop for a drink at one of the many cafes. (B, L, D)

Day 10, Cruise: Mykonos
Enjoy a full day in Mykonos at one of the beautiful beaches or shopping at one of the chic boutiques. Sail this evening for Piraeus. (B, L, D)

Day 11, Cruise: Piraeus
